Recharging to Management Committee

This is the default option.

The community centre would run on a self sustaining basis, with ownership remaining with West Lothian Council. All costs associated with running the community centre will be recharged to the Management Committee. The management committee would have limited autonomy of the operation of the facility. There would be options to consider staffing requirements.
